How did Destify help you choose the perfect destination and resort for your wedding?

Destify was helpful because we just told them what we were looking for, a price range, the vision we had for our wedding and a destify representative would send us a few options to look over and if we didn’t like them, they would send other options

What was your favorite wedding moment with your spouse?

My favorite wedding moment was after the ceremony, the workers at the resort greeted everyone, including us and our guest with drinks on the beach.

What was your favorite experience at the wedding?

Our reception was probably my favorite part. We gave the resort our playlist and their DJ did amazing.

How was the experience for your guests, and what did they enjoy most about the wedding and destination?

I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback from our guest. Everyone loved the resort there was so many things to do, places to eat, multiple pools, etc.. The only downfall about the resort is it was kind of spread out so the family side, and the adults only side was far apart. I think my guest favorite thing about the wedding was our reception and the music that the DJ played.

Looking back, what would you say to couples considering a destination wedding with Destify?

Do it! Destify is great to use, the people are very helpful, and it’s a great way to stay organized and keep track of what guests are attending how many nights, which room they booked, etc. I liked using Destify because they were easy to get a hold of and could answer my questions without me having to reach out to the resort.

How was your ceremony, and did you have a reception? Where was your reception?

Our ceremony was great. We brought our own officiant and yes, we had a reception on the terrace.

What did you love most about getting married at your resort?

I feel like we got a lot in our package for a decent price. I was very happy with our florals, decorations, DJ, etc..

How did the amenities at your resort make your wedding week special?

We came back from our reception to flowers on our bed, a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The day of the wedding while we got ready, our dress and tuxedos were delivered to the rooms we were getting ready in and they also surprised us with things to make mimosas with. We also got a free couples massage in our package.

What features of your resort made your ceremony or reception memorable?

Our floral arch, and when the resort workers handed out drinks as the ceremony ended

How did you feel about planning a destination wedding at first, and in what ways did our team help simplify the process and bring your vision to life?

at first I was overwhelmed with how to get everyone to book, how to get a hold of the resort to let them know we wanted to do a wedding there, etc. but destify helped us with that. We were able to keep track of all our guests through our Destify website.

Knowing what you know, would you do a destination wedding again?

Yes

Lastly, do you have any advice for future couples?

Definitely do a destination wedding. It was more intimate since it was just close friends and close family. Don’t stress about not being in contact with the resort until you’re there because everything will fall into place perfectly.
